Today I arrived on site to address the thermostat issue. Actions Taken: Addressed a thermostat not displaying anything. Identified the affected zone as the Heating system 1st Floor. Confirmed the living room thermostat was not working. Replaced the thermostat during this visit. Verified the system is now operating. When arriving at the client's property. The client's wife explained to me that for some reason the tstat of the living room area is not working. The client mentioned that her husband tried with new batteries but the tstat did not respond. I proceeded to verify the tstat. The tstat is dead, I explained to the client about the situation. I recommended to the client that it was necessary to replace the tstat. I presented you with an estimate on the cost of installing a new tstat. The client accepted that the tstat be replaced. I proceeded to disassemble the existing tstat. I proceeded to disconnect the wires from the existing tstat. I proceeded to install the new Hon

Upon arrival had thermostat call for heat. Proceed to check status of boiler. Boiler is not displaying any error code. Boiler keeps cycling and won’t ignite to fire. Tried to reset boiler. Remove and clean flame sensor /flame rod. Boiler still won’t ignite. Control module is clicking on/off. Module is not displaying that boiler is providing flame. Reach out to Burnham rep that had me run a number of test on boiler. We tried to bypass all sensors and high limit switch boiler still won’t ignite to fire. Follow up is needed with Burnham rep on site to check boiler operation. View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-90AE-C175048FC7F742F685E04FFE685A11E0
